2. Personal data processed within the scope of our customer relationships

2.1 CEKI AB is the data controller for the processing of your personal data related to the assignment.

2.2 The personal data we process has been provided to us by (i) you, (ii) your employer, or (iii) other parties connected to the customer relationship.

2.3 We process data about employees or contractors of legal entities, as well as customers who are natural persons. This data may include name, title, employer, contact details, assignment descriptions, financial data, billing information, and payment details.

2.4 We process your data to fulfill our obligations under the customer agreement as well as to administer and develop the customer relationship. The processing is based on our legitimate interest to:

  • Distribute important information about our products and services.

  • Send safety information about products, e.g., in case of usage stop or recalls.

  • Offer and conduct product and service training.

  • Administer billing and accounting.

  • Communicate via email, mail, and phone.

  • Manage meetings and documentation.

We also process your personal data to comply with legal requirements, such as accounting laws.

2.5 Your data may be processed by other companies within the CEKI AB group and by IT providers processing data on our behalf.

2.6 Personal data processed to fulfill our agreement with you or your employer is retained as long as necessary to administer the contractual relationship.
